Rendering into mov, mp4 in AfterEffects CC trial version?

Hello,

Is it possible to render mov or mp4 files with AfterEffects CC trial version? I believe I did it the first time I opened After Effects, but now the second time I can't find that possibility in the Render Menu.

I have 27 days left on my trial. I would really like this possibility. I can't test if I want this software if I can't see the results.
