Huge File ?

So I have an AE file that contains vector graphics from Illustrator and an mp4 video ( size 13 mb ) , it is 25 second long , I rendered a previous project with the same settings and same duartion  in mov format ( quicktime ) and it should come out around 100 mb in size . However when i render this project , it comes out huge ( around 1 gig ra byte ) . Already checked resolution , and quality . They are the same as the previous project .

Any thoughts on what changed ?
