AE render output problem

Hi everyone, I have AE CC 2015 with the latest updates, running under Win7 Pro / 32 Gb RAM.

My issue is the render output module won't allow me to choose the folder I wish to output to. The hotlink appears to be active, but does nothing when I click on it to try and alter the location.

Any ideas please?
