text is blurry in my after effects comp

Hello,

I am just making a title for my premiere pro movie project. I have 2 lines of regular text created IN AFTER EFFECTS - and it's all blurry. i read on a forum like this to add a "reduce interlace flicker" - and while that made the edges softer, it made it blurry to the point where you were wondering if you needed glasses. hurt your eyes blurry. And i played around with the settings for that effect - and it is always blurry.

How can i get crisp text in After Effects? Any advice would be appreciated!!!!
