TC Particular loading error

Hello, i've got a problem with AF CC 2015, when i open my project or try to create a new one using the "TC Particular" plug-in it give me an error:
"After Effects - Error: Impossible to load plug-in: 'Particular.aex' (126) (48 :: 46)"
how can i solve it?

i've got a Windows 10 64bit, I7-quadcore, 8GB Ram.

i will trying to reinstall TC Particular, AF, but nothing, always same error.
