Time Remap throbbing problem

Hiya

I really  do not understand, when previewing my animations, I sometime have this weird throbbing going on with the time remapping layers.

It starts throbbing between Held key frames..... as you can see on the video

Here is my animation composition

I have placed a  time remap fx on the eye layer in order to  switch between:  open eye / blink eye

So now,  why is this thing happening. I have restarted the computer, cleaned the cache as well as purged the memory.

Is this a CS6 problem ???
