Hi There,
I apologies if this isn't best placed as I have never used the forum before, but this morning I tried to start a new edit and neither AE or PP will open! The Icons bounce for a few seconds then just stop. There are no splash screens.
My Macbook Pro spec is below

Also the only further thing I can say is I have tried 2 reinstalls and the method of resetting the preferences. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
