Import Premiere Sequence into After Effects without media links

Hello,

Is there away to import a Premiere Pro sequence into After Effects without bringing in all the media and bins?

for example:

I produce an edited sequence in Premiere Pro, I import that in after effects (File > Import > Premiere Pro Project). I can then extend shots for transitions, resize, mask, tinker with colour etc in After Effects.

Then client has changes to the edit, so the edit slips around in Premiere Pro, and I need to bring the sequence into After Effects again. If I do the File Import again, It will create a million new bins full of media, just like it did the first time. But if in this instance, I have added no new media, and just needed to shuffle the edit around, is there a way to bring in the Premiere edit and have it automatically link to the media that has already been brought into After Effects?

Thanks for your help in advance. Much appreciated!

Have a great day!
