How much Hardware Resources does After effects use??

Hi there,

Say i have plently of RAM , GPU cores, CPU cores and high clock speed, nvme ssds.. Out of 100% of hardware resources how much after effects would use for super complex project  where all kinds of plugins are used.(element 3d, trapcode suite, 4K footages keying and compose, red gaint keying, blurs, glows, 3D layers , 3D cameras and lights etc...).

Are Hardware resources Directly proportional to After Effects rendering speed and performance??

How to make after effects on steroids which gives crazy speed and performance and scalability where i can spend n amount of dollars??
