Cinema 4D LITE in AE -save file

I’m new to Cinema 4D LITE.

But, like any other program I’ve ever worked with, when you want to save a file you’re working on, you go “file>save as”, or “file>save” if it’s already named

However the only option in C4D lite under “file” is “quit”.

How do I save my work? I can’t find an answer anywhere.
