After Effects Crashing at Startup

Hi,

Every time I try launching After Effects CC 2019 I get the error message "After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup"

Here is a screenshot of it.

Specs:

mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6

Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

I have 76.75 of 250 GB of flash storage.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.

I have tried changing the After Effects permissions to read & write.

I have also cleared the preferences during the startup.

I'm not sure what else to do.

Please let me know if any of you have potential solutions!
