64GB ram

500GB SSD for C drive Use-bale 300gb

HDD 2TB Available space is 1TB

GTX 1060 6GB

All Drivers are Updated

I run only one program at a time.

When I was Comping, the warning come up, I tried to click OK until it gone. After that I Work again but program crashes. Or showing  Memory  issue

And suddenly i got another problem and this is.. Real Time Preview  .    issue.

I think this Specification is enough for After Effect  Compositing .

Please suggest me. what i do.
