Hey guys,
I am fairly new to all of this. This is my first post I think. I wanted to provide a picture of my error message when trying to update after effects via adobe application manager. I tried to update manually as well with no luck. I am also getting a different error message when trying to open a Cinema 4D Lite file in after effects. As of right now I cant use after effects. The second image is info regarding my system. The third image is the error I get when trying to open C4D Lite in After Effects. I hope I am posting this in the correct location.
