Issues with a template I downloaded in after effects

Hello

I am new to after effects and need to use it for an effect needed in the schools show. I have downloaded a effect template and edited the text. When I showed the staff team they asked is there was any way of slowing the template down and lengthening it to fit with some music. That is where I am stuck?? The clip is 20 seconds long now, they want it to be around 1 minute?

Is this possible??
