Hello comunity! I have got some problem with rendered sequence from which some of those images have been renamed during the rendering process...

Does someone know why this happens? I cannot use this sequence properly because of this problem... I rendered C4D file within AE.

I bought a product from Envato and it says it works with adobe after effects cs6, but I keep getting this error message.
after effects error: the file you are attempting to open was created with after effects version 15.1.1 and cannot be opened with this version
and I am not able to unzip the product with Adobe extension manager cs6 for it says
Failed to install the creative suite extension. Please make sure the manifest.xml of this extension is valid and the extension manager recognizes at least one product which the extension supports. The extension will not be installed.
Can someone help me answer the question of am I able to upgrade cs6 to version 15.1.1?

After Effects 2019 v16.0.1 is unusable while using horizontal guides. Vertical guides do not seem to effect performance in this version. MacOS v10.12.6. Is there a fix? Help?
I've been working on this project and when I try to send anything to the render queue I get this small white rectangle in the center of my screen and AE freezes. The render queue doesn't even open. It stays on the window I was working on with the timeline. I just get the white rectangle in the center as if a window had tried to open but got stuck. At this point AE is frozen and nothing happens when I try to click on anything. I have to quit the program.
I have cleared the cache and memory and I have a strong system with 64gb of RAM. Have no idea what this could be. Please help asap as I have to finish this project for work. Thanks

I am trying to repurpose an After Effects file for another project. The original composition was set at 1080x720 in the AE file I received, but I had to change the size to 1920x1080 for the new project.
I've already changed the size of the composition using the "Composition Settings" but I am wondering if there is a way to scale/resize all of my layers to correspond to my new composition size of 1920x1080 without having to do a ton of repositioning. There are a lot of elements and transitions that I would like to keep, and I'm hoping I don't have to recreate too much of that.
I know I am basically moving from a 3:2 (1080x720) to a 16:9 (1920x1080) aspect ratio, so I might be out of luck here but I wanted to get thoughts of some others.
Is there a quick and semi-painless way to resize my layers to fit the new composition size, or do I have to resize each individually because the pixel ratio is different?

I'm using CC2019 and I've been creating templates for a year or more, but today I cannot seem to save a basic template I have created. This should have been a two minute job, but It as it runs through the save process, I get this message over a non-sync font (Arial for Pete's sake):
I click OK, but it just closes as if I clicked on cancel and nothing is saved to the library. I have tried recreating in CC2018, but face the same issue. Normally the font auto syncs. How can I manually run the sync? Am I overlooking something obvious?
Any help, guidance would be most appreciated as I'd like to sort this problem out for a project tomorrow morning.

I've got six layers selected. Each has a Group in it, with a Path, Stroke and Fill that come from Illustrator (I converted .ai files into vector layers to get these). Normally, I can select them and click Distribute Horizontally in the Align panel and it will work as intended. But for some reason, this -- and evrything else in the Align panel -- does not work. The only thing that does anything is the Align Left button, and that doesn't work as expected; things kind of shuffle to the left, but you can keep clicking it and getting wildly different results. Any thoughts?
When I poot a footage in after effects it can't show and render it normally and start to show green cover on the footage and more thing that destroying the video.
I'm new to AE so bear with me if my lingo is off.
I have a clip in Premiere (I'm using CS6 for both products). The whole clip is about 11 minutes long, but with the in/out points, I'm using only about 1 minute. I use dynamic linking to edit it in AE. In AE I drag the clip down into the timeline, then click Stabilize Motion in the Tracker panel. It selects my only source track by default. My in/out portion of the file seems to be "selected" with the work area already. I position the track point over an object on the ground. The clip was something I shot on a tripod, but it was windy and so there's just a small amount of jiggling in the clip (sturdy tripod and head, but a 600mm equivalent lens). I click "Analyze" and let it go. It takes about 8 minutes. That seems slow, but I wait. After it's done, I click Apply. However, the video then disappears from the window above. If I double-click the clip in the timeline below, it reappears. Regardless of whether I click Apply or not, when I then click Preview, the stabilizing is NOT working. The slight jiggling is still in the clip. Also, after saving my work, when I go back to Premiere, the clip there is black, too (like after I clicked Apply in AE).
So, why am I not seeing the footage stabilized and why isn't it appearing back in Premiere?

Whenever I import my footage into AE the preview box shows it as green with some lines, almost like a static screen. If I double-click on the clip to choose my start and end points, it previews as normal. However, once I put it into my composition it is green again. This is only when I have the preview set to half or below. When it's on full it shows the correct colors and everything, but the clip glitches a LOT. Also, this could be unrelated, but my AE is crashing after I do almost anything. Not sure what that is about but maybe it's related.

I've double checked that I have RGB selected--I do.
I've purged and erased my media and disk cache.
I've checked for updates on my drivers--I'm up to date.
I've tried starting over and making a new project, reformatting my videos to be smaller or .mov instead of .mp4.
Nothing works. My AE is up to date. I am using CC 2018, on a Windows 10 laptop with a memory of 8gb and a core i5 processor.
I am so lost. I don't know how to fix this. Any help is appreciated.

The keyboard shortcut "G" is defaulted to rotate through the Pen tools, but only between "Pen" and "Mask Feather" tool. Has anyone found a way to add a shortcut for the "Convert Vertex" tool? This would really speed up my workflow!

It renders a few frames and then it crashes with these errors. Please help THANKS
I just synced my settings in After Effects CC 2019 from my macbook pro to my imac (both running the latest version of Mac OS Mojave), but I can't for the life of me find where Adobe stores the custom keyboard shortcuts file for After Effects. It's nowhere to be found - not in Library, not in the Adobe or Apple cloud folders, nowhere. When I do the sync, AE on my macbook says settings are synced. But when I open AE on my iMac, I'm still stuck with the same Adobe default keyboard settings and no other shortcut files. This is beyond frustrating. As I need to be working on my iMac with my own AE keyboard settings. Tried googling this and can't find any answers so far.
Is it no longer possible to sync keyboard settings in After Effects from one mac to another? Do I have to have both computers open and manually copy every keyboard shortcut? Has Adobe removed syncing ability for AE keyboard shortcuts between computers?

I find it really useful to automatically ingest all assets in Premiere Pro.
So far, I could not find a similar option for AE.
Is there a way to automatically copy assets in the same folder as the project.

Even inserting the audio file in project the sound is not coming properly, the sound of audio file get corrupted.
Tell me the After Effects system requirement and also tell me the solution for audio files.
