After effects CC won't launch and displays the following error "The Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) suite couldn't be loaded." and that I should re-install? What has caused that?

Just tried to open After Effects and got the above error - all my other CC apps seem fine.  Could do without re-installing and have read some posts to say that a re-install didn't work??
